To avoid a possible return, please view our “How to order my filter” Video on our home page or call us at 310-909-4466

You may return or exchange your filter within 30 days of purchase.

Your filter must be new, unused, and in the original packaging to receive a refund or exchange.

You will be refunded for the price you paid for the filter minus a 15% restocking fee and excluding freight.

Send back the filter with a copy of your invoice and phone number to: A-Z Filters 41490 Los Alamos Rd Murrieta, Ca 92562

When we receive the filter we will credit back your credit card.
